Nick Osborne - your online physics tutor
After obtaining a physics BSc (Hons) at Manchester University, I gained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education at Sussex University and qualified as a secondary physics teacher in 1993.
Since then I have worked in schools in the UK and Spain and as a one-to-one tutor. Between 2006 and 2013, I was head of a very vibrant physics department in a large upper school in Bedfordshire in the UK where around 100 students were studying A level physics at any one time with excellent success rates.
I am currently living in Oxfordshire and have been teaching exclusively online since 2014. All this experience makes me very highly experienced indeed in teaching A level and GCSE physics, as well as IB and iGCSE physics.
I am also presently undertaking a PhD in nuclear fusion.
I am very confident that I can help you very well indeed in your studies.

I also run a charity called Open Way (www.openway.org.uk) on a totally non-paid basis which works to provide free education to children who otherwise don't have the opportunity to go to school. Open Way also provides access to medical help for people facing extreme poverty. We are currently working in Ethiopia.
